Smoking Policy

Alliance Atlanta LARP will allow its members to smoke cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and use a vaping device, in designated smoking areas only. Additionally, all smokers are expected to police their own cigarette butts by field stripping them and keeping them on their person to dispose of properly once they have left the site.

All smokers who use the designated smoking area are expected to keep the space clean and free of cigarette butts or debris. Maintaining this area properly is essential. If it is found that the smoking area is not being kept clean, Alliance Atlanta LARP will be required to adopt a No Smoking Policy on site. We do not wish to restrict smoking entirely; however, this allowance is a privilege granted to us by the park and is contingent upon our community’s responsibility in keeping the area clean. If this privilege is abused, smoking will no longer be permitted anywhere on site.

For the health, comfort, and safety of all participants, smoking and vaping are allowed only in the designated areas listed by each individual park location below. Smoking or vaping anywhere else on the campsite is strictly prohibited. This rule exists both to comply with park regulations—which prohibit smoking in or around buildings—and to protect several of our players who have severe allergies to smoke and vapor. We kindly ask everyone to respect these guidelines so that all may enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Notice on Smoking, Vaping, and Related Devices

At this time, we do not have the facilities to accommodate hookah-style water pipes or large scale cigar parties. Please leave these at home.

Additionally, under no circumstances will the use of tobacco products, vaping devices, or similar items be permitted on the field. Having an electronic device, lit object, or smoking product is not only a safety hazard but also shows disrespect to fellow players—especially those with allergies or sensitivities to these substances.

Smoke-Free Facilities

Please be advised that smoking is prohibited in all enclosed facilities, including buildings owned, leased, or operated by the State or local governing authorities. This includes all lodge rooms and facilities, park cottages, group shelters, group lodges, group camps, Chattahoochee Bend Adirondack Campsites, Mistletoe Tent Cabin, Seminole Treehouse Camping, Watson Mill Log Cabin Bunkhouses and yurt camps.
